Workflow overview
Every stage below follows the same sequence we use when planning a remodel with a client. The dates mark typical checkpoints, not fixed deadlines, because site conditions and material availability shift the calendar.
We measure the rooms, note the existing finishes, and check for damp spots or uneven floors. From that visit we draft a first material list with quantities, so you see the full scope before any purchase.
We separate the estimate into structural work, finishes, and fixtures. Then we match each line to specific products from the catalogue, comparing laminates, paints, and grifería against your usage pattern and the room's exposure to moisture.
Before placing the order we verify that the chosen adhesives, primers, and sealants work with the selected tiles and paints. This step avoids the usual mismatches that stall a job halfway through.
Materials arrive in batches matched to each work phase. We check batch numbers, confirm the ceramic and laminate lots match, and store everything so nothing gets damaged before installation.
Floors go down first, then wall prep and paint, followed by grifería and impermeabilización on wet areas. We keep a short buffer for curing times, especially for waterproofing coats and tile adhesive.
We walk through each room with you, check the joints, corners, and sealant lines, and leave a simple care sheet. The handover includes what to clean with and what to avoid for the first month.
